Tom Kurinsky and a partner founded the company over 20 years ago
after Tom had spent two years working for 16 different agencies in New York
City.
Kurinsky’s offices are in a large one-story building in an
industrial park area in the small Long Island community of Deer Park.
Inside are offices and work cubicles for a staff of 43, with work space
already prepared for an additional half-dozen employees.
Being curious about the reason for three computers with monitors
being neatly tiered from floor to ceiling, I learned that they were used to
receive work from employees who were unable to come into the office and
were permitted to work from home. From all appearances, the glue that really
holds everything together is Rose LaManna, the office manager, who has been
with Kurinsky for 16 years.
